I am Aldric Afanou, an expert in financial control. I have 12 years of experience in optimising reporting and, in particular, implementing Business Intelligence tools to bring added value at executive committee level.

Your latest assignment with Bloomco?

With Bloomco I had the chance to join a major company in luxury ready-to-wear. I work within the Group Finance Department, in charge of inventory, presenting all the information to the Executive Committee and shedding light on points to watch. My main focus is the consolidation side.

What do you enjoy most about being independent?

Running your own company, finding assignments, knowing how to negotiate. You touch on so many things you could never do as an employee that it naturally becomes more rewarding.

What does Bloomco bring you? 

When I started out a few months ago, Bloomco was the very first firm to contact me, and they supported me right up until I found my first assignment. The relationship was genuinely straightforward and communication was easy.
