Bloomco has been awarded the EcoVadis Platinum medal. That distinction places the company in the top 1% of businesses assessed by EcoVadis over the last 12 months.
The medal reflects the strength of our CSR management system and the way we embed environmental, social, ethical and responsible procurement considerations into our business and our value chain.
EcoVadis is now the global benchmark for sustainability ratings. This recognition strengthens our commitment to act with rigour, to measure our progress and to be transparent with our clients, our consultants and our partners.

For an inclusive and supportive society
Bloomco is a signatory of the French Diversity Charter. It formalises our long-standing commitment to fighting all forms of discrimination and our commitment to diversity.
Among the measures we have put in place: coaching students in schools and universities, hosting school work-experience placements, transparent salary bands, nursery places...
The Bloomco executive committee is also 60% women.

For a sustainable future
As Bloomco grew, examining our environmental impact became essential. We carried out a carbon footprint assessment and the results are encouraging. We emit 95% less CO2e than the average company in our sector.
Among the measures we have implemented: a sustainable mobility allowance, sustainability awareness for the teams, a zero-paper policy, waste sorting, meat-free challenges...
We have also created an HR & CSR practice, to support our clients' transformations.
For ethical and responsible growth
Founded in 2017, Bloomco has been a profitable startup since 2019, which keeps jobs secure. Healthy, shared growth sits at the heart of our model. We have put in place a BSPCE employee share option plan and a collective bonus tied to company performance.
We also help consultants who want to go independent to build a coherent business plan and set fair rates. We want to support the growth of independent work. And we are convinced it can be done sustainably, protecting the financial security of independents.
