What are the criteria to join the community?
Our community is made up of the top 10% of consultants on the market, selected through a rigorous process.
The best way to find out whether your profile matches our clients' needs is to apply by creating your profile here.
Are you an expert in one of the following fields: digital transformation, data, IT, management & organisation, supply chain, finance, marketing or financial control?
Do you have at least 5 years of experience in your field, or 3 years in a major consulting firm?
Do you want to play a part in the rapid rise of independent consulting?
We would be delighted to hear from you.
What does the selection process look like?
Our selection process has 3 steps:
1. CV: checking that your experience and profile match what our clients expect
2. Individual interview: reviewing the skills built on previous assignments and discussing the assignments you want
3. References from 3 previous clients: verifying soft skills in real assignments
That is how we guarantee demanding clients the best talent.
2. How it works

Does joining the community cost anything?
No. Bloomco is 100% free for all consultants. Even during your assignments, our commission is independent of your day rate.
How is my rate set?
When you are approached for a new assignment, you decide the day rate quoted to the client. Our teams advise you, of course, based on the client's budget and our knowledge of the context.
How do I update my profile?
You have a dedicated consultant workspace: log in at orion.bloomco.fr to update your availability, skills, experience and assignment preferences at any time.
Your talent manager also remains available by email: it keeps us in regular contact and maintains a strong link with the community.

Since 2017, Bloomco has connected its clients with a community of top-tier independent consultants.
Consultants set their own day rate; we then invoice our commission directly to the client.

Thanks to this close knowledge of every member of the community, supported by an AI-based tool, we identify the person or people in the community who genuinely fit the client's need.
How do I find assignments with Bloomco?
Once you have completed the onboarding steps, you are a member of the Bloomco community.
As soon as an assignment matches your profile and preferences, the team contacts you directly by phone and email. We count on you to be responsive: things are usually decided within a few hours.
4. Legal and administrative

What legal structure do I need to join the community?
Ideally you already have your own legal structure under French law (micro-entreprise, EURL, SARL, SASU, SAS) or you already work through an umbrella company. Our teams can guide you on the choice of structure and recommend partners for setting up your company or choosing an umbrella provider.
Can I start an assignment without a legal structure?
You must have a legal structure in place before starting an assignment. Setting one up is quick, so it can be done before the assignment begins. Our teams are on hand to guide you through the choice and the paperwork.
Are you an umbrella company?
No. We are an intermediary that gives you access to assignments with leading clients.
