Your background in a few words?

Thierry de Catheu, I have 8 years of experience in consulting. That is where I started my career, in the insurance sector, on information systems transformations, before moving to the corporate side. I managed a team of 7 people, split between Paris and London. And for the past 3 years I have been independent, working on business process automation.

Your latest Bloomco assignment?

‍I work with a client in food retail, on the supply chain side. They have a tool that needs improving, so I support them and find solutions to make it perform better: to save them time and make them more efficient.

Would you recommend a friend go independent?

‍Yes, it is easier and easier to do. Clients are also far more willing to call on independents, to look for that expertise externally. I think now is the right time to get started.

What does Bloomco bring you?

Access to certain clients I could not necessarily reach directly, whether large accounts or smaller companies. And real support: it is not just a match, it is genuine guidance both before the assignment and during it.
