My name is Chantal. I have 20 years of experience in data, mainly applied to marketing, CRM and sales: 13 years in consulting, 4 years at PVCP attached to the sales function, and soon 3 years as an independent.

What do you enjoy most about being independent?

‍First, the great freedom I have in organising my time. The second thing I really enjoy is the freedom to choose the assignments I work on. And the third point I like a lot is the way of working: a limited timeframe, a clear brief with objectives, so very project-driven and focused on outcomes.

What does Bloomco bring you?

Interesting, well-paid assignments at fair day rates. And the great professionalism of the teams: they understood my profile very well, because mine is a slightly atypical data / tech / business profile.

An anecdote to share?

For the first assignment I signed with Bloomco, it took less than 24 working hours between my first contact with Alessandra about the assignment and the client's go-ahead. She called me at 9am on the Thursday to see whether the assignment interested me, I met the client on the Friday at 10 or 11am, and by midday the client had said yes, for a start the following Monday.

A final word?

I started out wondering whether it would work, as it was right in the middle of the first lockdown. Almost 3 years later, the outcome is extremely positive: I am still independent, and delighted with the collaboration with Bloomco.
