Context and objectives
A European private equity firm, this structure manages several billion euros in assets around the energy transition, sustainable cities and deep tech. Its management data is scattered between its fund monitoring tool, its CRM and various files kept by the teams.
Leadership wants to centralise this data in a cross-functional architecture to make fund monitoring, performance indicators and reporting production reliable, while preparing future artificial intelligence use cases.
Assignment
A data consultant experienced with private equity funds is mobilised for 3 months, full time, in a hybrid format with two remote days a week. He designs and deploys a Data Lakehouse on Microsoft Fabric: transferring the data from the fund monitoring tool and the CRM, progressively centralising all of the company's data into a single source, then preparing the foundations for AI-driven optimisation projects.
Results
