airplay

Context and objectives

The image department of the watches and jewellery division of a luxury house is rolling out Monday.com to structure and harmonise the management of its projects and workflows. The platform is to become the common backbone for the creative teams and their internal partners.

The scope is being taken over from an outgoing consultant through an organised handover. The challenge: keep the rollout momentum, anchor the usage and guarantee continuity of the department's coordination activities.

Assignment

A Monday.com-certified consultant, experienced in change management, is mobilised for 5 months, first half time then ramping up, with one remote day a week: gathering and challenging business needs, configuring and administering the platform (boards, workflows, automations, dashboards, access rights), coordinating between business and IT, running workshops, demonstrations and training, providing day-to-day functional support and producing the steering reports for the department.
