Structuring the fight against document fraud

Anti-fraud practices harmonised across all networks
airplay

Context and objectives

This major mutual banking group wants to structure and harmonise the fight against document fraud across its networks and subsidiaries. Practices vary widely from one entity to another and processes remain poorly centralised.

Three workstreams are open: process improvement, stronger controls through data analysis, and a redesign of journeys around identity and document verification tools, aiming for operational efficiency and better customer knowledge.
