Audit and optimisation of supply chain tools and business processes

Amid strong growth in the footwear business, the supply chain department launched an overhaul of its tools and business processes. The chief financial officer, responsible for the business analysis activity, was looking for a project lead to launch and roll out the projects, coordinate the stakeholders and train the teams.

To secure the supply chain scope and support growth, Matthieu worked on 3 main fronts:

• Project leadership: defining and rolling out the project roadmap, coordinating stakeholders, safeguarding the governance, and more.
• Continuous improvement & training: defining and formalising needs with the various stakeholders, ensuring technical delivery with IT, running acceptance testing, training, go-live and post-launch support for users.
• Team management: leading and supporting the existing team.
