Following the end of the joint agreement with Système U in 2022, the Carrefour group wanted to pool and centralise purchasing for its G6 (France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Romania and Poland). In 2023, the group took the strategic decision to open its own purchasing organisation in Madrid: Eureca.
In that context, the group's supply chain leadership wanted support through the framing phase and then the delivery of the project.
