Creating and optimising the HR controlling function

As part of the optimisation of the HR controlling function, the Europe group HR leadership wanted to redefine the scope of this function, currently shared between the finance and HR departments.

As HR controller, Rodolphe was in charge of the following areas in particular:

• ‍Budget construction & monitoring: tracking the budget for an optimised view of actuals and projections ‍
• KPI structuring & monitoring: defining and tracking the monthly HR KPIs‍
• Reporting & analysis: setting up regular reporting using the existing tools, both statutory and internal
